Procedure:

1. Invoice Submission (Date Line before 28th every month).



2. Check Bills and Invoices by one of two authorized Committee.



3. Approval by one of two authorized Committee.



4. Payment cheque signatory by Treasury and Chairman and/or authorized Committee. (Depend on the limit).



5. Payments should ready before 10th or first week of every calendar month.
